It's that time of year again - the end of April looming, and 2 weeks to go until the Pentych Hill Race.

Now in it's 30th year, this is a category BM Fell Race, of 7 Miles (11.02K) length of which 5 Miles (8K) is off-road with 1,600 feet of climbing (488M), and will be held on Tuesday the 28th April.

Over those 7 miles, you leave Pentyrch village and ascent the mighty Garth mountain twice, with stunning views over Cardiff  and the Taff and Rhondda Valley's if you can admire them while struggling to breath!
