Down Jacket

The Arcteryx Cerium LT Hoody is a skinny baffled, streamlined, lightweight down hoody filled with 850 fill power white goose down. This general wear beauty comes into its own as a mid layer or stand alone piece for outdoor action in cool, dry conditions.

Down Composite Mapping

Eh - you what? Yes - down composite mapping thats the one. So we want an insulated jacket that is really compressable and lightweight, so high quality down is the best option. But down doesn't continue to trap air effectively when it is damp so those areas prone to moisture (hem, collar, sleeves and underarms) have synthetic Coreloft™ insulation that retains warmth when wet. The adjustable low profile down insulated StormHood™ and adjustable hem drawcord make sure the drafts stay outside. The quality nylon face fabric and DWR finish repel moisture so you don't need to be afraid of being caught in light rain, whilst the use of strong fabrics means that the jacket can stand up to regular everyday use.

This is a piece you will want to and can live in.

  • 850 fill European goose down
  • Down Composite Mapping placing 80 g/m² Coreloft™ synthetic insulation in areas where moisture may buildup. Coreloft™ is made with highly crimped multi-denier siliconized polyester yarn (lightweight, breathable, thermally efficient, 100% polyester staple fibre, compressible and excellent loft retention)
  • 34 g/m² moisture-resistant Airetica™—100% nylon outer face fabric with DWR finish. Tightly constructed, high tenacity, 20x10 denier ripstop nylon with a smooth hand.
  • Insulated Storm Hood™ with adjustable drawcords
  • Full front zip with chin guard
  • Corded zipper-pulls reduce noise and are easy to grab
  • Elastic cuffs
  • Two hand pockets with zips
  • Stuff sack
