Mountain walking eVent waterproof.

It rains a lot in Wales and when you're out walking in the Brecon Beacons or Black Mountains you need to stay dry. The Rab Bergen Jacket has been a hugely popular waterproof jacket here in South Wales thanks to its breathable eVent fabric and a cut that suits walkers.

The Bergen jacket has a slightly longer cut than normal for those who want to wear this jacket without waterproof trousers but still want a dry bottom, consider also the Arcteryx Theta if you want a slightly more durable option for the more extream walker! It uses mid-weight eVent® 3-layer fabric in the body and heavy weight eVent® fabric in the arms and shoulders for extra durability. The Bergen jacket features laminated velcro cuff tabs, and adjustable waist and hem drawcords combined with an excellent cut - so you can get the perfect fit.

The Bergen jacket combines impressive levels of breathability, waterproofing, durability and lightweight packability at great value to make a jacket perfect for year round mountain walking in bad conditions.

  • Protective hood with volume adjustment cords, wired peak and roll down tab
  • 2 A-line chest pockets with water resistant zips
  • 2-way YKK front zip with double storm flap and rain drain
  • Easy open velcro fastened external front zip storm flap
  • Articulated elbows
  • Internal zipped mesh pocket
