Up and Under is the largest Bending Branches stockist in the UK. We are based in Cardiff, South Wales and we are about a 10 minute drive away from the Cardiff International White Water Centre.
Bending Branches make a wide range of wooden canoe paddles, whatever type of open canoeing you are doing. They will have a canoe paddle to suit.
Bending Branches are also the proud owners of Aqua Bound Paddles, primarily a supplier of Sea Kayak Paddles. Up and Under is also an Aqua Bound Stockist.

Bending Branches Sunburst ST
The Bending Branches Sunburst ST is a premium canoe touring paddle that's comfortable to hold and very aesthetic to look at. It features a T-700 carbon shaft that has a symmetric Palm T-Grip and ovalized design for optimum comfort. The blade has been constructed from a combination of red alder, basswood and roasted basswood which has 2oz fibreglass coating to protect from any bumps and scratches. Further protection from rocks is provided by a full Rockgard around the blade.
Bending Branches Traveler
The Bending Branches Traveller is a great entry-level canoe paddle that's perfect for exploring local lakes or canals. Great for use in deep water, the Traveller paddle features a straight solid basswood shaft that features a freestyle palm grip and is ovalized for added comfort. The blade has been constructed from a combination of laminated basswood and red alder. The tip of the blade is protected by a partial Rockgard which offers additional protection from any rocks and stones in shallow waters.
Bending Branches Twig
The Bending Branches Twig is a light and sturdy kids canoe paddle that's easy to handle and designed to make canoeing more fun! Like most of Bending Branches paddles, the Twig is made from solid basswood and features a Rockgard tip to prolong the life of the paddle blade. It also has a kids version of the standard T-Grip that's easy to hold and won't slip out of the hands.
Bending Branches Viper
The Bending Branches Viper is an extremely durable, bent shaft canoe paddle that packs a punch. The ergonomic, double bend design of the shaft helps to keep both wrists aligned when paddling whilst the wide blades pull through the water with ease.
