The Werner Shuna Adjustable Straight Shaft sets a high standard with its multi-layer glass fibre blades, ensuring superior stiffness and durability. Integrated seamlessly into a straight shaft with a central spigot for easy splitting, it features an adjustable ferrule for both right and left-handed configurations and feather angle adjustments to suit prevailing winds. The paddle shaft is also equipped with kayak drip rings to prevent water from running down its length, enhancing the overall paddling experience.

The Werner Shuna Adjustable Straight Shaft is ideal for extended sea kayaking, features fiberglass blades and a straight fiberglass/carbon-blended shaft. Designed with multi-layer fiberglass blades for enhanced power and durability, it offers stiffness for high-angle paddling. The glass/carbon-blended shaft, available in two diameters, is strong, comfortable, and incorporates the Smart View ferrule system for right/left-handed adjustments and trim customization based on wind conditions. The mid-sized blades of the Shuna are similar to the Werner Tybee FG. Additionally, there are three other Shuna variants, featuring carbon blades on a straight shaft, glass blades on a cranked shaft, and carbon blades on a cranked shaft.
