Harnesses

The Petzl Swan Freefall Steel is a durable, full-body harness with a dorsal attachment point that's been designed for use in adventure parks. The dorsal attachment point allows for belaying special adventure park activities such as freefall and the raised position of the connection point limits any risk of the client flipping. The straps are colour-coded to make donning easier and its high levels of durability make for easy maintenance and an extended product life. The Petzl Top is a chest harness that transforms the Avao Sit, Avao Sit Fast, Falcon, Falcon Mountain and Sequoia SRT seat harnesses into fall arrest harnesses. The foam shoulder straps are widely spaced to reduce neck chafing. When the waistbelt is loaded, they help distribute the load over the shoulders. They also have a system for stowing the fall-arrest lanyard connectors and keeping them within reach.

The Petzl Thales is a safety chest collar and comfortable evacuation triangle with shoulder straps. It's designed for recue operations, cable lift evacuations and helicopter evacuations. The configuration of the chest collar allows the evacuee to be secured in an emergency and then evacuated with the triangle.

The Petzl Aspic has been designed for the military, the Petzl Aspic is a compact, lightweight and tactical seat harness for climbing and mountaineering. The Aspic offers maximum comfort when suspended, thanks to its breathable foam lining on the waistbelt and leg loops. The waist foam is also removable for situations where weight needs to be prioritised over comfort. This harness can be used for helicopter evacuations when combined with the Petzl Chest-Air harness.
