The Black Diamond Grappling Hook is a monster large sized sky hook for use on larger flakes and edges. The Grappling hook is capable of hooking larger flakes than the Cliffhanger, whilst remaining remarkably stable on small edges thanks to it's massive bipod base.

The Black Diamond Cliffhanger is an indispensable tool for use on sketchy aid lines. It features a classic hook design and is the smaller of the two BD skyhooks that are currently available. Widely used on big walls like those in Yosemite, the Cliffhanger has a chiselled flat tip which can easily be filed to a point if needed and its bipod base helps stop any rotation.
