Lanyards

The Petzl Grillon is an adjustable work positioning lanyard that allows fine adjustment of position from an anchor. Its length can be very easily and precisely adjusted as necessary for comfortable positioning at the work station. Depending on the configuration, it can be used in single or double mode.

The Petzl Progress Adjust-I is a single adjustable progression lanyard. When combined with another lanyard, the Progress Adjust-I allows continuous connections for different types of progression, such as rope ascent or moving along a fixed line.

The Petzl Absorbica is a compact energy absorber, for use in combination with a Jane lanyard to make a fall arrest lanyard. Equipped with tear-webbing inside a zippered fabric pouch, the energy absorber is protected from abrasion while allowing for regular inspection. It has two options for installation on the harness according to the frequency of manipulation.

The Petzl Absorbica-Y Tie-Back is a double lanyard with integrated intermediate tie-back rings and compact energy absorber. It is designed for vertical progression on very large structures and when passing intermediate anchor points. It functions with users weighing between 50 and 140 kg. The Tie-Back system allows the lanyard ends to be reconnected to fit around structures with a very large cross section. The arms are elasticized to avoid hindering progression.

The Beal Absorb'Air is an energy absorber constructed of webbing, it is essential protection that's ideal for working at heights where there is a risk of falling. If a fall occurs, the inner webbing will tear to reduce the force and ensure the safety of the worker, For optimum safety, we use an easy to open semi-rigid pouch enabling users to inspect the condition of the entire length of the lanyard. For the same reason, each lanyard is marked with a unique serial number as well as a QR code for traceability.

The Beal Dynaclip Rope Sling has sewn ends, ensuring belaying safety and is both lightweight and compact. The seams are protected by a moulded sheath for added safety and durability and it has a dynamic performance that's far superior to a conventional tape sling.

The Beal Dynapark Y-Safety Lanyard consists of two strands of rope that are each 80cm long and made of dynamic rope with sewn-on endings. It is therefore much safer than static lanyards with a strength of 1500daN. For added safety, the karabiners can be attached to the lanyard with the Pinch attachment. To facilitate inspections, each lanyard has a unique identification number and can be fitted with an RFID chip.

The Beal Dynapro-Air V Hook is a v-shaped arrest lanyard for work at heights with an integrated energy absorber which meets EN 355 and EN 362 standards.

The Lyon Adjustable Rope Lanyard is designed as a flexible connecting element for use within a work at height system (work restraint or work positioning). It is not to be used for fall arrest or in conjunction with an energy absorber. Conforms to EN 358.

The Lyon Rope Lanyard is available in a choice of colours and with lengths up to a maximum of 1.75m metres, these robust lanyards will provide a tough alternative to more traditional webbing versions. It is designed for progression on a vertical structure or a horizontal lifeline, and for passing intermediate anchors. It functions with users weighing between 50 and 140 kg. It is available in two lengths: 80 or 150 cm versions (without connectors).

The Petzl Absorbica-Y is designed to be used for workers between the weight of 50kg to 140kg with 3 separate stages of stitching in order to allow for a more optimal deceleration at differing weights. It is a double lanyard with a compact energy absorber, designed for progression on a vertical structure or a horizontal lifeline, and for passing intermediate anchors.

The Petzl Grillon Hook is an adjustable working positioning lanyard with a Hook connector, it is used to make work positioning systems, to complement a fall-arrest system. The length of the lanyard is precise and easy to adjust as necessary for comfortable positioning at the work station.

The Petzl Jane-Y is a double progression lanyard that allows continuous connection during rope ascents. The plastic sheaths hold the karabiners in position and facilitate clipping while protecting the terminations from abrasion. It has a 60cm long arm and a 30cm short arm.

The Petzl's Jane uses dynamic rope and two sewn terminations but is stronger and less obstructive than a knotted lanyard. It can be combined with an Absorbica energy absorber to set up an energy-absorbing «I» or «Y» lanyard with a maximum length of two meters. The sewn ends are protected by a plastic sheath to hold the connector in place and protect the terminations from abrasion.
