The Petzl Torse clips securely onto the back of your sit harness and loops up over your shoulders and holds the Croll in position. It offers a little more back support than "bra style" chest harnesses. It is easily adjustable before a pitch or to fit different sizes of caver.
The Climbing Technology Chest Ascender HC is a right-handed, light alloy chest ascender for climbing up ropes, to be used together with the Quick'Up+ ascender handle. This version has a special wear-proof hard coating that makes it ideal for prolonged use.
The Beal Hold Up has an offset mounting hole offset at a 90° angle. This allows the rope clamp to remain vertical and flat for excellent fluidity during ascent. In addition, the low attachment on the harness increases the amplitude of each movement. And for even more comfort, the opening of the cam is facilitated by an ergonomic remote lever.
The Climbing Technology Ascender Simple + is a right hand rope clamp for ascending, hauling, and rescuing. The lever can be opened using one hand making installation and removal from the rope quick and easy. The cam is made of steel to be resistant to wear, yet the main body is an aluminium alloy to keep the device lighter in weight.
The Croll Strap enables the Petzl Croll chest ascender to be used effectively in conjunction with a wide range of Petzl professional work at height harnesses. It allows the top of the Croll to be held in an upright position, close to the body, enabling the rope to run smoothly through the device thereby reducing 'lost' movement.
The SafeTec ENForcer-H is a non-aggressive device and during correct operational use it will not damage ropes. In emergency deployment with the exception of very minor glazing a properly used EN Forcer will lock on to the Back-Up rope without causing serious damage to itself, its lanyard, karabiners or to the rope.
