The ISC D4 Work/Rescue Descender is a double-stop device with an auto-lock function and a panic brake which is not overly sensitive in normal use. The cam is made with a super hard solid stainless steel and is highly wear and corrosion resistant. The D4 is compliant with CE Standards, NFPA T and ANSI Z359.4 for the worldwide Rope Access and Rescue markets which typically use 10.5mm/11mm ropes.

The Petzl Grigri is n single rope belay device with an assisted braking system. The internal cam pinches the rope as it is weighted, pivoting the device. Along with good belaying technique, the assisted braking helps hold a climber and catch them in a fall. The progressive action of the cam allows gradual control when lowering a climber.

The Megawatt is the new universal descender from Edelrid, it's intuitive and reliable with a wide range of potential uses when working with ropes and in rescue scenarios. Edelrid have focused on keeping compact dimensions and a low weight during the development of this descender, and it fulfils four important work safety standards. The lever itself is made of a two-component material with rubber inserts for maximum grip. The integrated anti-panic function significantly reduces the risk of an accident in the event of a loss of control.
