The Thermarest Z Lite SOL builds on the original Z Lite, enhancing warmth and efficiency with a ThermaCapture™ coating that reflects radiant heat back to the body. Combined with heat-trapping dimples, this design improves insulation by nearly 15%, giving the pad an R-value of 2.0. The pad’s dual-density foam construction balances comfort and durability: softer foam on top cushions your body, while denser foam on the bottom resists wear from rough ground.
