The Beal Joker 9.1mm Unicore is a single, double, and twin rope, it combines lightness, smooth running and safety for versatile experienced climbers. It is the first rope with triple certification for single, double & twin topes. The Joker combines lightness, smooth running and safety for versatile experienced climbers and can be adapted to many different climbing situations. It offers the right balance between lightness, fluidity and safety to please experienced climbers and will also suit more traditional climbers looking for a rope that can be used for ridge running, classic, mixed or snow climbing.

The Beal Joker 9.1mm Unicore Rope is already famous for being the first rope to meet the 3 standards for dynamic ropes, is now more versatile for climbs in the best conditions. The strong point of this new Joker rope is the integration of the Uunicore innovation that makes the core and sheath of this rope integral to provide greater safety and durability over time.

Features:
An astonishing process, bonding rope sheath and core without affecting the rope’s suppleness.
Even in the toughest conditions of use sheath slippage is suppressed.
If the sheath is cut or torn, sheath and core remain bonded together.
With a standard rope, if the sheath is cut by abrasion over an edge, it slides and gathers over some metres.
It then becomes impossible to pass this zone, either to ascend or to descend.
If the problem occurs near to the end of the rope the sheath may slide off completely resulting in a fall to the ground.
With the Unicore process the sheath remains in place and the user may escape, either by descent or ascent, taking all necessary precautions.
The user is not stuck without a solution on the rope.
