The Firepot Main Meal rations have been developed using recipes that maximise on nutrition as well as flavour. Each recipe has been developed over months of tweaking and experimenting with different taste combinations and ingredients, to find the perfect balance of delicious and perfectly cooked meals with nutritional integrity.

Firepot's Main Meal recipes have been developed over months of tweaking, experimenting with flavour combinations and trying out different ingredients to maximise nutrition, not just taste. They’ve taken each of their ingredients and worked out how to ensure it arrives in your bowl just as it would in your own kitchen — delicious, perfectly cooked, with its nutritional integrity.

Firepot Quality Ingredients:
Typically, the ingredients of a freeze-dried meal are dried separately and mixed together by the producer, so the only time the flavours actually meet is in your pouch when you add water. This means the taste feels like it's 'missing something'. Firepot call it time on the hob - a slow cooking technique they use in all of their recipes.

Firepot only use familiar ingredients you would find in a kitchen cupboard, not a mass-market corporate kitchen.
