Kong Gi-Gi

The Kong Gi-Gi is a versatile belay plate and a true powerhouse in Kong's lineup! Made from hot-forged aluminum, this multipurpose tool works seamlessly with single, double, and twin ropes. Its standout feature is the ability to provide self-locking belaying for one or two climbers, as well as smooth abseiling. The central rib acts as a fulcrum on the connector, allowing two climbers to be belayed simultaneously or separately, even if their ropes differ in diameter. In the event of a fall, only the rope under tension locks, while the other remains free to move. For emergency situations, the Gi-Gi can be paired with a self-locking device and foot pedal to assist with lifting.
