The Palm Hydro PFD is a slight re-design of the Hydro Adventure buoyancy aid, now offering better functionality to Palm's classic fishing and canoe PFD. The Hydro features Palm's 3D waist cut, a number of different tensioning points and a 25mm waist belt to keep it secure and anchored below the chest. The rear pocket is perfect for a hydration bladder and there are several other handy pockets for items such as a whistle or VHF radio. The Palm Hydro PFD is a versatile front-entry personal floatation device with a classic cut, loaded with storage options.

The Palm Hydro PFD is a zip front buoyancy aid with a number of different tensioning points that help achieve a good fit. The 25mm waist belt with dual tension straps keeps it secure and anchored below the chest. One of the best upgrades the Hydro has over the previous version is the new shoulder straps, these have increased range and allow the PFD to follow the shape of the torso much more effectively.

Features include two large front pockets, both of which have a mesh panel on the side for drainage, as well as two internal anchor points for securing items such as a whistle or a VHF radio. The rear pocket has been increased in size, perfect for the storage of a hydration system such as the Palm Hydration Bladder, but can also easily fit other brands. On each of the shoulders there is a some reflective detail that offers good visibility in the event of a night time rescue. The right hand chest has a clip and lash tab which is useful for the drinking tube of the aforementioned hydration system, or for securing other bits of gear.
