Pongoose Climber 550+ - 3in1 Clipstick

The Pongoose Climber 550+ 3in1 Clipstick is a beautiful piece of engineering and well thought out design that primarily is a clip stick for pre-clipping the first and sometimes the second bolt when sport climbing to save you breaking your ankles falling before the first or on early clips or just to save time putting the quickdraws back in on your project. The head can be swivelled to work well and vertical walls or on roofs. There is a clipping point on the head so if you need to take it along as you dog up your project putting clips in you can. The 550+ length means that it will fit inside a suitcase for taking abroad and can fit inside larger rucksacks if you don't want people seeing your prized posession on route to the crag. The base of the 550+ has a hidden screwthread that you can add the additional 550+ extender to make you pole even longer but no longer when packed. In fact you can add several if you reall want to.

But thats not all that the Pongoose Climber 550+ can do, the 3 in 1 relates also to its use for putting your rope inta perma-clip, as a karabiner and quickdraw retrieval system for when you need to safely get your clips back having failed to make it to the lower off. You can also add the Pongosse Brush to the tip of the pole for brushing holds when bouldering, the same fitment allows you to add your camera and use your pongoose clipstick  as a camera boom or monopod and it will fit inside most 60L or larger backpacks.
