Installation:
Drill the hole according to the recommended resin anchor installation method and insert the appropriate resin capsule.
Remove the drill bit from the hammer drill and fit the SDS PLUS placement tool.
Insert the resin anchor into the hole and lightly tap it with a hammer to break the resin capsule.
Position the placement tool over the anchor head.
Ensure the drill remains perfectly aligned with the hole and begin rotating at a slow speed.
Gradually increase rotation speed while maintaining alignment.
Once the anchor is fully seated, stop the drill and immediately align the anchor in the intended load direction.
Any excess resin should be evenly spread around the edge of the hole to help prevent water ingress.
Allow the resin to cure according to the manufacturer's recommendations before loading the anchor.
