The Whetman Equipment Deck QR's webbing loop held in by the Klamp stainless buckle will easily hold an adult suspended off it (a force of approx 1kN). This is more than enough to tow kayaks and small rescue RIBs or a waterskier. The webbing will start to creep out of the buckle at approx 1.3kN.
