The YY Vertical Mono is a lightweight training accessory that's been designed to help you push your climbing performance at home. It helps isolate the muscle and tendon development of your fingers, preparing you to take on all kinds of holds! It has been made from recycled rubber wood with a soft-touch surface that provides excellent comfort and grip for your finger training routines. The Mono can be used with an elastic band or a weight, or for those more advanced climbers it can be hung from a quickdraw so you can apply your full bodyweight.
