The Sidas Heel Lift will help to achieve a higher heel position and correct the fit of your chosen footwear. By pushing your heel into an improved position, this should help to reduce any rubbing and therefore reduce the occurrence of blisters in the area. However, if you're a chronic sufferer of blisters, we'd still recommend carrying some Compeed with you just in case! The heel lifts will also help to alleviate pressure around the ankle bones, calf muscle and will allow the foot to slide further back in your shoe and in turn take pressure off the toes.

They also feature an anti-static forefoot strip, making them great for use in operational work environments. The Sidas 3 Feet High (wide) insoles stabilise and position your feet correctly in footwear. The wide version is tailored for broader feet and pairs well with Meindl Comfort Fit shoes. These insoles distribute pressure, prevent overheating, reduce the risk of rubbing, blisters, and foot movement-related discomfort, and can assist with plantar fasciitis prevention or recovery.

The Boreal Footbed is an anatomically shaped insole made by Boreal. It can be cut to fit inside most shoes. Great for walking or mountaineering when some shock absorption may reduce injury or aches. With antibacterial qualities to keep them smelling fresh for longer and machine washable for when they aren’t. Made from recycled material.

The Sidas 3mm Volume Reducer footbeds have been designed to reduce the internal volume of your shoe or boot by approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of a UK footwear size. They come in handy when you have shoes or boots that are too large or if one foot is slightly larger than the other, allowing you to fine-tune the fit. Additionally, you can also adjust the fit by experimenting with various sock combinations and lacing techniques.
