A simple way to check your foot type is to wet your foot and make an impression on a dark piece of paper. Compare the shape of the footprint with Sidas' arch guide to help identify the most suitable option.

How to Fit:
Remove your existing insole and place it on top of the Sidas insole, aligning both heels. Use the original insole as a guide to mark the required shape at the front, then carefully trim the new insole to size. Place it inside your footwear and check that it sits flat without curling at the front or sides.

Care Instructions:
Remove the insoles before cleaning
Clean using soap and a brush
Do not machine wash
Do not tumble dry or place on a radiator
Allow to air dry naturally
