The Lattice Training MXEdge Lift is an advanced lifting edge engineered to maximise finger strength, force production and long-term climbing performance. Developed through 100s of hours of ergonomic research and collaboration with coaches, pro athletes and physios, it features a unique non-uniform edge geometry that allows you to pull harder by optimising finger loading rather than simply distributing force evenly. The shaped top face increases contact area under the middle fingers while reducing it under the outer fingers, facilitating greater peak force with improved comfort and stability.

Designed for stable loading in all planes, the MXEdge Lift eliminates wobble during pick-ups thanks to its cord configuration, ensuring consistent force application session after session. With 3 edge depths plus a mono and 2 size options (Small & Large), it accommodates different hand sizes, morphology and training goals. Compact and portable, it’s ideal for gym sessions, home strength work, rehab protocols (with physio guidance), and warm-ups at the crag.
