Access and Rescue

The ISC HaulerBiner Compact Rescue System is a lightweight, compact and simple to use/deploy device. The HaulerBiner is fully rated for lifting people. It has three pulley wheels incorporated into each Karabiner, creating a compact and lightweight 6:1 or 7:1 (theoretical) Mechanical Advantage system. The HaulerBiner also has a purpose-designed progress capture cam with, an ‘on/off’ position. The HaulerBiner utilises purpose-developed 6mm (1/4") rope, for strength and easy handling/best grip. The kit is supplied in a two-pouch bag, for easy deployment.

The Megawatt is the new universal descender from Edelrid, it's intuitive and reliable with a wide range of potential uses when working with ropes and in rescue scenarios. Edelrid have focused on keeping compact dimensions and a low weight during the development of this descender, and it fulfils four important work safety standards. The lever itself is made of a two-component material with rubber inserts for maximum grip. The integrated anti-panic function significantly reduces the risk of an accident in the event of a loss of control.

The ISC Double Action Snaphook is fitted with an opening mechanism which requires the gate and second-action keeper to be engaged simultaneously, in order to open the device. This opening sequence helps to reduce the risk of unintentional opening of the gate. The SH906 also has a ‘keylock’ anti-snag nose to reduce snagging.

The ISC Scaffold Hook is a large aluminium double action scaffold hook.

The Petzl Shackles are for connecting a seat. Connection to a gated attachment point on harnesses ensures optimal integration of equipment.

The Petzl Twin Release is a releasable double progress capture pulley for haul systems. It is designed to set up 4:1 haul systems for work in confined spaces or for technical rescue. Releasing the cam is possible with the ergonomic handle. The brake integrated into the moving side plate and the main faceted sheave with single-direction rotation, offer additional braking and better control when lowering heavy loads. The two sheaves provide excellent hauling efficiency. The swivel facilitates operations, allowing the pulley to be oriented under load and direct connection of carabiners, ropes, or slings.

The Petzl Spin S1 Open is a very high efficiency, compact single pulley with gated swivel. Possible to open, even when attached to the anchor, the SPIN S1 OPEN pulley is designed for maximum simplicity in setting up haul or load deviation systems and tensioned highlines. Compact, reducing weight and bulk, which is especially useful during technical rescue.

Compact, reducing weight and bulk, which is especially useful during technical rescue.

The Petzl Pulse is a temporary 8mm anchor designed for caving suspension and equipment. Composed of an aluminium hanger and stainless steel shaft. The Pulse is quick to place or remove and allows for a more comfortable and safe practice.

The Petzl Captiv Adjust is a karabiner positioning bar combined with an Adjust rope adjuster. This positioning bar promotes loading of the karabiner on the major axis and helps hold the Adjust rope adjuster in the proper position to reduce the risk of accidental release. It helps keep the lanyard and rope adjuster integrated with the karabiner, reducing the risk of losing them. The Captiv Adjust is compatible with the OK, Am'D, Bm'D and Oxan karabiners.

The Petzl Captivo is a positioning bar for the Vertigo Twist-Lock connector. It secures the connector to the lanyard, promotes loading of the connector on the major axis and limits the risk of it flipping. The Captivo is only compatible with the Vertigo Twist-Lock connector.

The Petzl Thales is a safety chest collar and comfortable evacuation triangle with shoulder straps. It's designed for recue operations, cable lift evacuations and helicopter evacuations. The configuration of the chest collar allows the evacuee to be secured in an emergency and then evacuated with the triangle.

The Petzl Reeve is a carriage pulley for rescue on a tensioned highline. Combining two pulleys and a rigging plate, the Reeve carriage pulley is an integrated solution designed to simplify setting up rescue systems on tensioned highlines. Its compact design limits the number of connectors and the height of the system. Two large-diameter sheaves mounted on sealed ball bearings provide excellent efficiency when moving. Multiple connection holes to directly attach ropes, slings, or carabiners, allowing for better organisation.
