The petzl ZigZag is a mechanical Prusik that allows the user to move around efficiently in a tree using a classic Prusik pulley system technique. Maillon Rapide quick link connectors have a number of uses in caving, climbing and industrial access. Some are PPE rated and they are available in a number of different shapes to accommodate different loading stresses. Generally they are much stronger than karabiners of similar bar dimensions, but not as quick to operate.

The Singing Rock Redblock is a fixed sheave shear reduction device.  It is suitable for top rope belaying with textile EN892 / EN1891 rope up to 12mm diameter. The unit has a stainless steel fixed sheave (60mm diameter) and pins + anodised aluminium alloy fixed side cheeks. This unit is suitable for top roping techniques in many applications including those found at climbing walls & adventure parks.

The Beal Dynapark Y-Safety Lanyard consists of two strands of rope that are each 80cm long and made of dynamic rope with sewn-on endings. It is therefore much safer than static lanyards with a strength of 1500daN. For added safety, the karabiners can be attached to the lanyard with the Pinch attachment. To facilitate inspections, each lanyard has a unique identification number and can be fitted with an RFID chip.
