These replacement Victorinox tweezers are available in three sizes; large, large swisscard and short. Note that the one 45mm version has a straight top profile so is designed to go down a middle channel of the pen knife/Swisscard. The other 45mm version has a tapered top profile so is designed to go down a side channel of a Victorinox pen knife.
