The Deuter Trail 32 EL has been designed to guarantee perfect carrying comfort for extra tall people (from 185cm) that usually have difficulty finding backpacks that fit correctly. The reduced contact surface and large ventilation channels of the Deuter Airstripes back system combined with perforated shoulder straps and hip fins (with pockets) ensure maximum airflow and even weight distribution – for a snug, secure fit over any terrain.

The Deuter Raincover III has a waterproof PU coating and has been made with taped and welded seams. There's also reflective detailing for added visibility in low light conditions. Secured into place with a drawcord, this raincover is designed for us with 45-90 litre packs.

The Sidas Heel Lift will help to achieve a higher heel position and correct the fit of your chosen footwear. By pushing your heel into an improved position, this should help to reduce any rubbing and therefore reduce the occurrence of blisters in the area. However, if you're a chronic sufferer of blisters, we'd still recommend carrying some Compeed with you just in case! The heel lifts will also help to alleviate pressure around the ankle bones, calf muscle and will allow the foot to slide further back in your shoe and in turn take pressure off the toes.

The Teva Tirra Leather Women's Sandals are a super comfortable, multipurpose sandal that are great for anything from hiking to your daily commute. They have an upper of waterproofed nubuck leather, an open toe design, and a comfortable foam and mesh stretch lining. There are 2 straps across the forefoot and 1 around the front of the ankle so that the fit can be fine-tuned to fit your foot.
