The Sidas Heel Lift will help to achieve a higher heel position and correct the fit of your chosen footwear. By pushing your heel into an improved position, this should help to reduce any rubbing and therefore reduce the occurrence of blisters in the area. However, if you're a chronic sufferer of blisters, we'd still recommend carrying some Compeed with you just in case! The heel lifts will also help to alleviate pressure around the ankle bones, calf muscle and will allow the foot to slide further back in your shoe and in turn take pressure off the toes.
