Access and Rescue

The ISC D4 Work/Rescue Descender is a double-stop device with an auto-lock function and a panic brake which is not overly sensitive in normal use. The cam is made with a super hard solid stainless steel and is highly wear and corrosion resistant. The D4 is compliant with CE Standards, NFPA T and ANSI Z359.4 for the worldwide Rope Access and Rescue markets which typically use 10.5mm/11mm ropes.

The SAR Products 18mm Circular Sling are made using a 18mm polyester superweb and have a tensile strength of 24kN which exceeds the standard set by EN354 of 22kN. A multi-use sling, can be used for belays, attachments, foot loops, etc.

The Lyon Small Animal Rescue Bag MK2 is a straightforward no-nonsense solution for containing smaller domestic and wild animals that need to be recovered using technical rescue systems. Manufactured from PVC textiles and high strength webbing, the bag is compact when stored, yet provides a generous 190L capacity with a working load limit of 50kg.

You hope you will never need it, but if you do you will be glad that you have this one! Simply pull the cutter from its pouch, wrap it around the textile to be cut and pull it in a sawing action.

The Palm AP4000 Helmet is an entry-level Watersports helmet that's ideal for sit on top kayaking, canoeing, kayaking and coasteering. It is equally as well suited to the individual as it is to the outdoor activity centre. This watersports helmet comes in two different sizes. It's made from a tough, durable high impact injection moulded polypropylene, it also incorporates an easy to adjust inner cradle. Additionally, the helmet has a foam liner for added protection. The AP4000 has a side cut design that rises over the ears, whilst the top of the helmet has drainage holes to prevent a build-up of water.

The Petzl Auxiliary open brake for I'D has been designed for I'D self-braking descenders. It may be used to increase the friction in accordance with the weight of the load and the diameter of the rope, or to release the rope at any time.

The DMM Revolver Rig is a connector with an integrated pulley sheave. Featuring a high efficiency roller bearing sheave(s), a threaded removable captive bar and a full strength textile friendly basket.

The DMM Phantom is a highly focussed lightweight climbing carabiner. Its I-Beam construction improves the strength to weight ratio, a minimised gate notch reduces snagging, and sound fundamental design encourages correct loading. The Phantom can be used on lightweight quickdraws, to rack gear, or to hold essentials like nut keys.

The Petzl Nano Traxion is an ultra-lightweight (53g) and compact progress-capture pulley designed for rescue situations. It's sealed ball bearings provide excellent efficiency.
