Kahtoola Insta Gaiters Mid are super light, packable and extremely breathable. Unlike many such gaiters they feature a zip so can be put on or removed without taking your shoes off. In-fact you can partially unzip them and they will stay in place for venting on dry sections or you can remove and pack them super small in the included tote sack to put in a pocket for rapid deployment when it all gets minging later on.

The Kahtoola Insta Gaiters Mid have been designed for use with trail running shoes or approach/walking shoes Insta Gaiters will keep you moving comfortably and quickly, whilst keeping debris and most moisture out. The adjustable instep strap is made from durable thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with rounded edges so it grips your sole without damaging it. Made from durable stretch-woven nylon for water-resistance and breathability they hug your shoe and ankle and feature a lace hook for further security and adjust to fit different sizes and profiles of footwear. The asymmetric zip is a key feature and has a slider that folds down at the top and locks to prevent unzipping, whilst the flap behind zipper offers extra comfort and moisture protection, whilst the off-set entry provides increased comfort as the ankle flexes. The elasticized drawcord and toggle lock seals out elements from entering the top of the gaiter and features soft undergarment stitching that is comfortable against the skin.

Ideal for long distance walks where the weather is unlikely to be really bad but you might get wet grass in the morning, the odd downpour and areas of dry dusty debris, we love these for the Camino Santiago de Compostela.
