The Hou Canoes Hou 14 is the bigger version of the Hou 13 model, it's a touch longer and has a higher load carrying capacity. It is also able to track a little quicker and in reality is a bit more of a multi-tasking boat. Its depth and longer length allow for a drier ride in the bouncy stuff and provide more forward speed than its little brother. This shape was designed as an all rounder as so it will paddle well on the open water, as well as on flat rivers too. Simply put, a fantastic 1/2 person boat.

The Silverbirch Canoes Custom Internal Colours gives you the opportunity to personalise your new ride. Silverbirch now offer custom build colour options across all their open Canadian canoes that feature the Duralite construction. This currently includes models such as the Broadland 15, Broadland 16 and also the Firelfy 14. On the standard Duralite Open Canoes the inner lining of the canoe is white with a black fleck, this is then contrasted with a coloured fleck to reflect the outer colour. IE a Red Canoe will have a white liner with a black and red fleck. However with the addition of the non standard colour upgrade you can opt for one of the several snazzy new colours.

Combined with it being part of the Silverbrich Custom Made canoes program, you can customize it to get the solo open canoe of your wildest dreams. The Firefly 14 Duralite comes with two depth options, standard (Low Line) and also the highline. The Silverbirch Canoes Firefly 14 Solo Duracore Plus is a solo white water canoe that comes available in several different seating and paddling configurations. The Firefly 14's Duracore construction provides great levels of durability and performance at a friendly price. The standard seating configuration is a single kneeling seat and a thwart, but there's also the option of switching this for a kneeling thwart.

The Covert 9.3 Hydrolite is Silverbirch Canoes' ground-breaking and ultralight canoe that ensures a clean release of water from the stern, which not only reduces drag but also helps reduce the tendency for the tail to bog down.
