Petzl Ascension

Designed for rope ascents, the Petzl Croll ventral rope clamp is simple to use, thanks to its pinch opening system, which is totally integrated in the clamp to avoid any involuntary snagging. The attachment holes ensure efficient positioning during ascents. It is available in two versions to adapt to different rope diameters.

The Petzl Pantin is a rope clamp that attaches  to your footwear to aid in ascending ropes. The foot ascender can be used in conjunction with other rated clamps and ascenders to make climbing a rope quicker and more energy efficient.

The Petzl Pantin Catch is a catch for the Pantin foot ascender, it helps to keep the rope in the device during rope ascents. It's available for both the right and left foot versions.

The S.Tec Duck-R is a back-up device in the style of the Petzl Shunt but in this case it works only on one rope and has been certified for use in work at height scenarios rather than as descent back-up when climbing or caving.

The Heightec Pulsar (X-Cam) is a handled ascender for use in rope access. It has been found to be 25% stronger than its most popular sharp toothed competitor, with a breaking load of up to 675kg. Heightec X-Cam ascenders will significantly reduce the possibility of a complete system failure by exerting a considerable hold on a rope after the sheath has broken. It is available in both right and left handed versions.

The Climbing Technology Quick Step A is an ascender for the right or left foot, when used in conjunction with an ascender handle (e.g. QUICK’UP+ or QUICK’ARBOR H) or a chest ascender (e.g. CHEST ASCENDER HC), makes it easier and speeds up the ascent of a rope.
