The Guidetti Explore Alu is a lightweight running pole with a detachable gauntlet (a strap attaching your hand to the grip), ideal for fell running, trail running, sky running, ultra marathons and all long distance events. Made from Aluminium 7075 Ultra Tech a single pole weighs in at just 205g (115cm)/222g (128cm).

In comparison to the Guidetti Explore Carbon, the aluminium construction provides more durability with the compromise of little added weight. Therefore, this may be a good choice for those who use their poles heavily or anticipate running through more rugged terrain.

The Guidetti Explore Alu breaks down into three sections to increase packability and allow easier attachment to running backpacks. The length is non adjustable but is designed to be cut down on one or more sections, meaning that each pole can be individually alterred to the users' preference. To cater for extreme different heights the poles come in two sizes.

The detachable gauntlet allows the pole to naturally fall into the hand, creating a smoother, less blister prone use of poles. Also providing grip support resulting in the need for a less strenuous grip.

Comes supplied as a pair.
Optional extra Guidetti Detachable Mitts can improve comfort even further for multi-day use.
With the addition of Guidetti Viper Tip Protectors the Explore Alu can be transformed into a cracking nordic walking pole.
