La Sportiva Bushido II

The La Sportiva Bushido II are versatile shoes that have been created for use on off-road runs such as skyraces, mountain running and city park running. They provide a high level of stability, shock absorption and comfort and are ideal for use on all types of terrain including stone, scree, grass, moss and mud. They're also great for running either in high humidity or on dry ground. Incorporates the Impact Brake System.

The TPU skeleton on the uppers reaches down to wrap the midsole achieving a great snug fit and greater overall stability. This method avoids the insertion of a heavy stabiliser which keeps the weight to a minimum. The Frixion Red sole unit balances superior grip with durability, so for those days where terrain can be anything from hard packed fire roads to muddy wet trails. The rock plate through the midsole gives you total protection from rock penetration when scrambling, while also giving quite a bit of stiffness - ideal for steeper ascents.

While this iconic trail shoe hasn't been totally redesigned, the heel and tongue have been updated from the original model. There is now much more cushioning under the heel, and a softer more forgiving tongue.

The II model has more cushioning under the heel compared with the original model.
