The Unisex Apex 8000 Down Jacket by Montane has been designed for the most extreme environments on earth. It was developed in conjunction with expedition leading mountaineers and has been tested in altitudes of over 8000 metres. This jacket is designed to be worn and used with the Apex 8000 Down Salopettes as part of a 2 piece system, giving versaltility for use on polar expeditions or at lower altitudes.

The Apex 8000 Down Jacket by Montane is filled with 500g of the best quality water-resistant goose down within a box walled construction. This piece of survival gear does not compromise on functionality or features and has an additional water resistance of PrimaLoft insulation in key areas.

Additional 60g/m2 PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation with Cross Core™ technology across the back and shoulders

Boxwall construction throughout for optimum thermal efficiency
Internal Waist Adjustment
Internal waist drawcord adjustability to minimise heat loss

Two internal mesh drop pockets to fit 500ml bottles.
Two Napoleon chest pockets with YKK AquaGuard® zips and electronics cable exit.
