Scotty has designed this sea kayak bilge pump to have a plastic body so it won’t corrode. Around the main part of the body there is then a foam float which helps it to float in the event you drop it in the water. The main piston is made from stainless steel; this makes it easy to pump and assists with giving plenty of power as its stiff. This kayak hand pump will remove one gallon of water per 13 strokes of the pump.

The Scotty Kayak pump features a plastic body which incorporates a stainless steel piston. This piston then features a plastic handle on the top. This sea kayak bilge pump only takes 13 strokes to remove 1 gallon of water from the kayak. Around the main body of the pump there is then a foam band which helps it float in the water to prevent against loss in the event that you drop it.
