The Snugpak Hammock Cocoon is a novel solution to the problem of a sleeping bag and clothing insulation compressing under the tension from the hammock. This insulating layer fully encases the hammock (somewhat like a giant banana skin) trapping warm air both within the hammock, but also in its generous layer of insulation. The full-length zip allows for easy access in and out of your hammock.

When sleeping outside with your hammock it's important to take the right kind of kit to stay warm - especially from below! You get cold from underneath because you crush clothing and sleeping bags against the hammock, stopping them from lofting and from trapping warmth. The Snugpak Under Blanket, however, is stuffed with Travelsoft synthetic insulation and fits snugly to the outside of your hammock, cleverly insulating you from the cold winds, giving you a warm, comfortable and cosy night’s sleep.
