Using a hard anodized alloy, Alpha Pots are durable, abrasion-resistant and very easy-to-clean. They feature a Pivot-Lock handle that securely locks into place during use and folds away when stored, a unique slotted strainer pattern on the lid for easy flow (and to contain your spaghetti and rice!), and a silicone Lid Keep which hooks to the side of your pot when cooking.
