British Mountaineering Council's Lancashire Rock guidebook is the 2016 edition of the definitive guide from the BMC, it covers all the routes across Lancashire in one volume. There are 3200 routes in total, ranging from Mod to E9 across 95 different crags throughout the county.

The Frankenjura is a big range of limestone crags in South-East Germany, north and east of Nurnberg. Some of the hardest bolted sport climbs in the world are located here – but there is a good range of other grades too. This topo guide is in German, but with an English introduction, and excellent clear maps and diagrams, it should be reasonably comprehensible to even the most partisan Brit. Grades are UIAA but a conversion chart is also included.

The Panico Alpinverlag Frankenjura Band 2 Guide is the second guide in this collection and features even more sport climbing routes of this popular German destination. Together with volume 1, there are well over 1100 pages of information on the 12,600 routes in the northern Franconian Jura. Volume 2 features 6500 routes across a grade spread of grades - the guides are in German but with an English introduction and contain easy to follow topos and loads of colour photographs.

The Ordnance Survey Dinky Map is a pocket-sized waterproof map that uses the OS Explorer Map background. A3 sized paper folded to A6 — that's the size of a small paperback book.

A new, comprehensive edition to the extensive bouldering in Albarracin. As before, all the approaches, areas and bouldering problems have been examined and revised by the author over several years. Vertebrate Publishing's Where There's a Hill is a frank and inspirational account of how one woman ran her way into the record books. The Brecon Beacons National Park stretches from the English border to the Tywi valley in Carmarthenshire, a distance of nearly 50 miles, covering an area of 520 square miles. This swathe of southern Wales is divided into four distinct areas of high ground by the rivers Usk, Taf and Tawe. These rivers, here in their enthusiastic infancy, descend to meet the salt water of the Bristol Channel by the three great cities of the south, Newport, Cardiff and Swansea respectively.

Lake District Bouldering is a comprehensive guide to bouldering in the Lake District National Park. Written by Greg Chapman, it features almost 3,000 problems and dozens of variations at over 70 venues. Each crag features detailed access information, including GPS coordinates for parking and crag grid references, and local knowledge.

This new edition of Grandes Voies de Corse describes 110 multi-pitch routes on most of the major cliffs on the island of of Corsica situated away the Bavella massif (for Bavella itself, see the 2020 edition of Bavella Corsica: CCE692). The routes described encompass both trad and fully-bolted sport routes and cover all the grades.

Dorset has emerged as a major bouldering area in recent years thanks to the hard work of a bunch of diligent locals who have combed the coastline seeking out every block, problem and traverse. Chief amongst these developers has been Ben Stokes who has documented the developments in two popular Rockfax PDF MiniGuides. Ben put everything together into a much larger Rockfax book, adding loads of new areas and expanding the existing coverage.
